Annual  Service Includes:

Check and lubricate gate hinges

Adjust any mis- aligned gates

Check mounting screws

Sliding gates: Inspect, lubricate rollers, wheels and moving parts

Check remote controls for range and function and replace internal batteries if required

Inspect control box , vacuum and clean out internals, remove any insect debris and surface spray

Inspect current draw on motor, check voltages, check operation and make any necessary adjustments

Check and clean photocells, if fitted

Check battery back up battery, if fitted, and replace if necessary  (battery replacement charge will occur only if a replacement is required

Inspect for cable damage, inspect plastic components for damage and wear etc.

Check manual operation of gate  and manual override where fitted, lubricate and adjust where necessary
